The Charles A. and Margaret I. Bonner Memorial Recreation and Parks Fund for the Borough of West Kittanning was established for the support of the Borough of West Kittanning, to provide recreation activities and programs which are free and open to residents of the Borough of West Kittanning. Including establishing and maintaining athletic fields and facilities and providing personnel for teaching, training, coaching, refereeing, umpiring, etc. competitive sports within the Borough of West Kittanning for the benefit and enjoyment of the participants and the general public.
