The Kittanning Public Library received a grant to host The Big Read in Armstrong County. Matching funds were provided by the Armstrong County Community Foundation and the Kellogg Foundation. During October, Armstrong County residents read and discussed Harper Lee’s novel, To Kill a Mockingbird.
