Armstrong County Building and Loan Association Scholarship

The eligible applicant must:

• Be a resident of Armstrong County and attend a school in the Armstrong County School District or Lenape Vo-Tech

• Applicant must enroll as a full-time, undergraduate student at a college, university or community college.
• Applicant must maintain a 2.5 grade point average.
