Welcome to the Armstrong County Community Foundation’s weblog, Making Change. I am Mindy Knappenberger, the Executive Director of the ACCF. I will not be speaking to you from the position of “we,” the organization, but from my own voice. There are many things about which I am ignorant; educate me. I am passionate about Armstrong County and its people, and about “giving back.” Help me do my job better.
