New Scholarship Funds Honor Local Doctors
The Cowansville Area Health Center Board of Directors turned to the Armstrong County Community Foundation to establish two new scholarships–the Dr. John Garrott Memorial Scholarship and the Dr. Clifford Vogan Medical Scholarship.
