ACCF provides free swimming at the Belmont

Geese and polar bears, oh my!  You may have seen children with polar bear ears or goose beaks at the ACCF Armstrong Books for Children table inside the Belmont Arena, as we gave away Suzanne Bloom’s wonderful book, A Splendid Friend, Indeed.  Free books and fun crafts–what a great day.

A grant from the ACCF also made it possible for families to swim for free at the Belmont pool.

Many thanks to Kelly Toy from Community Action Agency, who has organized the Children’s Fair since the beginning.  Kelly, this was the biggest one, yet.  Good job!
