Welcome to the Armstrong County Community Foundation’s new weblog, Making Change.   Weekly (or more frequent)  posts will bring you timely updates about ACCF initiatives and events and news about local organizations and people making a difference. Most of all, I hope to connect and communicate with YOU–Armstrong County friends, donors, volunteers, leaders, and service providers.

I am Mindy Knappenberger, the Executive Director of the ACCF.  I will not be speaking to you from the position of “we,” the organization, but from my own voice.  Opinions expressed in this blog are mine, and–here is the disclaimer :)–will not necessarily reflect those of the Foundation.  I will make mistakes; correct me.  There are many things about which I am ignorant; educate me.  I am passionate about Armstrong County and its people, and about “giving back.”  Help me do my job better.
